Your photographer suite is your all-in-one tool to manage your clients, create new photography bookings, send payment links and share photo galleries. We will now walk you through all the pages and features that your photographer suite has to offer.

Home

Here you will find a general overview of your upcoming bookings, recent bookings and latest client payments. If you haven’t made any bookings yet, some of these sections might be empty for the time-being.

Upload

This is where you will create photo galleries, upload your photos and send them to your clients. You can create galleries for new and/or existing clients. There are two types of galleries:

  • Free download galleries where clients can download the photos for free.

  • Watermark protected galleries where you can charge your clients for your photos. They can preview images before purchase, with watermarks automatically removed upon transaction completion.

This article will show you how you can easily create your first photo gallery in a few simple steps.

Top tip: create a test gallery and send it to yourself to experience what it looks like for you and your clients.

Clients

Here you can add new clients allowing you to manage your client database and being able to keep track where bookings came from.

Bookings

Here you can add a new photography booking and create payment links to request a payment upfront and/or payment upon delivery. We highly recommend you check out this help centre article to explore this feature and for step-by-step instructions on how to create a booking.

Galleries

Here you will find out an overview of all the photo galleries you shared with your clients. You can open up individual galleries to check their status, for example whether a gallery has been opened, viewed and purchased by your client.

Payments

Here you will find an overview of all payment requests (paid and pending) that you shared with your clients for payment up front and payment upon delivery.

Earnings

Here you will see a total overview of all your earnings of your sales (= -6% transaction fee if applicable). At payout history you can track when Smiler has transferred these transactions into your bank account.

Profile

At profile you can update your payout details + payout address. Smiler weekly transfers your earnings straight to your bank account.

Action required [!] in order to receive these earnings, make sure to update your payment information in your profile as soon as you can.
