How to Upload spontaneous photo sessions
Go to the "Upload" Section
In the left sidebar menu, find the Upload icon 📤.
Click on it to open the upload page.
Choose an Upload Option
At the top of the screen, you will see three options:"Send gallery to new client"
"Send additional gallery" – Send additional photos to an existing client.
"Upload AI Gallery" – Upload a gallery with AI-powered enhancements
If you have done spontaneous photo sessions and need to send galleries to clients, follow these steps to upload and share your photos efficiently:
In the lower part of the screen, you will find a large Drag & Drop area:Drag and drop your photo files into this section.
Or click "browse" to manually select photos from your device.
Calibration Process
Follow these steps to complete the calibration for accurate grouping of your photos:
Prepare Your Camera
Make sure your photoshoot camera is ready.
Position it in front of the screen.
Start the Calibration
Click the "Start the countdown" button.
A QR code will appear after the countdown.
Take a Photo of the QR Code
Capture a clear photo of the QR code using your photoshoot camera.
This helps the system correctly group your images.
Skipping Calibration (Optional)
You can click "Skip calibration" if you want to proceed without it.
However, skipping increases the risk of inaccurate photo grouping.
You can always calibrate later if needed.
Send the Uploaded Photos
Once calibration is complete, all photos will be automatically sorted and assigned to the correct client based on the time you took them and the time you registered a spontaneous photoshoot.
If any images are placed in the wrong session or end up in Unsorted Photos, you can manually select and move them to the correct photoshoot.
After reviewing all the images, click "Send to Client" to complete the process.
How to Upload AI Gallery
Click "Upload AI Gallery" to start the process.
Select the date of the event (when you worked your shift) and the company.
Upload all photos from your shift into the Drag & Drop area.
Review the uploaded images and ensure everything is correct.
Once ready, click "Send" to complete the upload.
How to Upload a gallery for new client
At the upload page you can create a photo galleries for new clients or send additional galleries to existing clients. You have the option to send a free download gallery or a watermark protected gallery.
Top tip: you can create a test gallery. Simply fill out this form with your own details to preview the experience for yourself and what it would look like for your client.
Go to 'Upload':
Click 'Add client' to create a photo gallery for your new client:
Once you've filled out the form, click 'Add client’.
In this window you can set your pricing (or offer a gallery with a free download). You also have the option to set the pricing for the entire package as well as individual photos.
Next step is to drag and drop your photos:
You can upload images in jpg/jpeg, up to 25mb.
Remember to preserve metadata when downloading photos from Lightroom
Once the photos are uploaded сheck if everything is fine and send the photo to the client:
Once you hit the 'send to client' button, your client will instantly receive an SMS and an email with a personal link to their gallery.
If you used your own contact details to create a test gallery, then you will receive an SMS and email.
My photos are uncategorized
Sometimes your photos can end up uncategorized - just like in the image below. This happens when you upload an incorrect calibration photo, switched cameras, or changed the time stamp in your camera.
To solve this issue you’ll need to re-upload your photos. And this time:
Open the last photoshoot upload with the uncategorized photos
Click the "Calibrate my camera button"
Your photos will now be sorted into the correct shoot
