How to use Smiler to Deliver Photos
1. Upload Photos to an Existing Booking:
Go to the "Bookings" tab in your Smiler Photographer Suite
Find the booking you’d like to upload photos to, and click on “Add Gallery”
Upload or drag-and-drop the photos into the gallery
Determine if you would like the photos to be free-to-download, or if they should be delivered with a watermark and require payment to download.
2. Organize the Photo Gallery:
Hover over the photos and click the magnifying glass to enlarge them. You can preview and confirm they look good to you.
If there is a photo you do not wish to include, you can click the arrow button during hover, or drag it to the right side of the screen. It will be moved to the ‘Unsorted’ section. From here, you can always return it to the gallery by dragging it in again.
3. Send the Photo Gallery to your Client:
Once you are satisfied with the photo gallery, you can either click “Save and finish later”, or click on “Send to client” to access the gallery’s shareable link.
Send your client the link in any way you choose!
Your clients can seamlessly view their gallery on any device and download with ease. If you have sent a watermarked gallery, they can pay directly through the link as well.
How Clients Interact With Their Gallery

1. Client Gallery Access:
After sending the gallery link to your client, they can access their photos by clicking the link on their device.
The gallery is optimized for viewing on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, ensuring a smooth experience regardless of the device used.
2. Gallery Interaction:
Clients can view their photos in a beautifully organized grid layout.
Clicking on a photo enlarges it for a closer look, and they can navigate through the gallery in overview or full-screen mode.
Clients have the option to download individual photos or the entire gallery. This flexibility allows them to choose their preferred photos for printing or sharing.
If you send a gallery with watermarks, clients can preview the photos with the watermarks applied.
They can either add individual photos to their cart with the pricing you’ve set, or purchase all of the photos at the package pricing you’ve set.
3. Gallery Consent & Feedback
Clients are automatically asked to give you consent to use their photos in your marketing efforts. This saves you the hassle of sending a dedicated consent contract, and lets Smiler know that it can add the gallery to your Storefront.
Clients can leave you a star rating and written review directly within the gallery link. Their review will appear on your Storefront automatically.
To grow your credibility, consider contacting past clients and inviting them to leave you a review and provide consent to use their photos. To do this, create a Smiler Gallery with their photos and send it to them.
