You can send galleries through Smiler even when the booking is not set up within the platform. Here's how!

There are instances when you need to deliver a photo gallery to a client without setting up a formal booking. Smiler Photographer Suite makes this process super easy.

How to Deliver a Gallery Without a Booking

1. Go to Upload

  • Go to the "Upload" tab in your Smiler Photographer Suite

  • Click “Send Gallery to New Client”

2. Create the Gallery

  • Add the gallery name and the client details, then click “Add client”

  • Upload or drag-and-drop the photos into the gallery

  • Determine if you would like the photos to be free-to-download, or if they should be delivered with a watermark and require payment to download.

3. Deliver the Gallery

  • Review the gallery using the magnifying glass icon to ensure it meets your standards.

  • You can take photos out of the gallery using the arrow or by dragging them to the right side of the screen.

  • When you’re ready, click “Send gallery to client”. You can copy the gallery link and send it to the client however you would like.
