There are instances when you need to deliver a photo gallery to a client without setting up a formal booking. Smiler Photographer Suite makes this process super easy.
How to Deliver a Gallery Without a Booking
1. Go to Upload
Go to the "Upload" tab in your Smiler Photographer Suite
Click “Send Gallery to New Client”
2. Create the Gallery
Add the gallery name and the client details, then click “Add client”
Upload or drag-and-drop the photos into the gallery
Determine if you would like the photos to be free-to-download, or if they should be delivered with a watermark and require payment to download.
3. Deliver the Gallery
Review the gallery using the magnifying glass icon to ensure it meets your standards.
You can take photos out of the gallery using the arrow or by dragging them to the right side of the screen.
When you’re ready, click “Send gallery to client”. You can copy the gallery link and send it to the client however you would like.
