In this article we are going to show you how you can use your photographer suite to manage your client database/contact book. At the page Clients you can pre-save any client in advance, so when you want to create a gallery and/or generate a new booking, their details are already registered.
Here are the steps to follow to register a client in your client database :
1 - First go to the ''Clients'' page.
2 - Then click on “Add client”.
3 - At the pop-up window you can put all client information:
At ''Booking via (optional)'' you can select where the booking/client came from (e.g. Instagram, Tik-Tok, Email, Website) and keep track of which platform brings you the most traffic and business.
4 - Once everything is put in click on “Add Client” and they will be saved in your clients database.
From now on when you create a booking and want to add a new client you can already find them by clicking ''Select client'' in the dropdown menu.
