In this article, we are going to introduce you to how our free download gallery works and how to share your beautiful photos with your customers!
Instead of sharing huge ZIP files, transfer links or online folders with your customer, you can create mobile-friendly galleries (free of charge!). It's a great way for your customers to share their memories with friends and family. The gallery stays active for over a year, what's not to love!
How to create a free download gallery:
First, login to your photographer suite. For this, you will access our uploading tab where you can now create a gallery for all of your customers!
Go to "Add Client"
Next, fill in your customer's information:
Important tip: When filling in your customer’s "country code," make sure it is the one associated with their phone number.
In the next window, you will be able to change the gallery from "Sell photos" to "Send gallery for free (free download)"
After your changes have been made, you can upload your photos directly into the gallery by dragging and dropping your files in the designated area.
Once your photos are uploaded, you can simply click on "Send to client" and we will handle the rest! Your customer will now shortly receive a nicely organized personal gallery via text message and/or email; in which they will be able to preview their photos and then download a selection or all of their photos at the same time using the "Download all" button on any device.
