In this article, we'll guide you through all the ways to upload photos using the Smiler platform. Before you begin the upload process for any type of photoshoot, make sure to export your photos as JPEG files, include all metadata, and ensure they are in the highest possible quality.
Uploading Spontaneous and Vouchers :
Log in and go to the “Upload” section on your photographer platform.
Select the photos you want to deliver and drag them into the upload area.
Next, calibrate your camera by following these two steps:
Set your camera to JPEG mode.
Take a picture of the QR code shown on the screen.
Drag and drop the QR code photo onto the page — this helps the system match your photos to the correct customers.
Double-check that all photos are assigned to the right photoshoot.
Finally, click “Send to client”, and you’re all set
Uploading Upsells (free and watermarked) :
Log in and head to the “Upload” section on your photographer platform.
Click on the “Send additional gallery” option.
On the right side, you'll see all your past bookings. Find the relevant photoshoot and select the one you’d like to add an extra gallery to.
A new gallery will appear in the center of the screen.
Before uploading your photos, make sure to adjust the pricing:
