# Pro: Delivering a Gallery Without a Smiler Booking

There are instances when you need to deliver a photo gallery to a client without setting up a formal booking. Smiler Photographer Suite makes this process super easy.

## How to Deliver a Gallery Without a Booking

#### 1. Go to Upload

* Go to the "Upload" tab in your Smiler Photographer Suite
* Click “Send Gallery to New Client”

#### 2. Create the Gallery

* Add the gallery name and the client details, then click “Add client”
* Upload or drag-and-drop the photos into the gallery
* Determine if you would like the photos to be free-to-download, or if they should be delivered with a watermark and require payment to download.

#### 3. Deliver the Gallery

* Review the gallery using the magnifying glass icon to ensure it meets your standards.
* You can take photos out of the gallery using the arrow or by dragging them to the right side of the screen.
* When you’re ready, click “Send gallery to client”. You can copy the gallery link and send it to the client however you would like.
