# How to register a spontaneous photoshoot

In this article we are going to show you how to register a spontaneous photoshoot. But first, what is a spontaneous photoshoot ?

**The idea is that if you are out doing street photography you are able to register a customer and have them pay to have access to the pictures you have taken of them.**

Here are the few steps you need to take to register a spontaneous photoshoot.

1. First go into your Smiler photographer app, to the main page “**Shoot**”, and click the pink button

2. Once you are in the menu go to “**Spontaneous**”. There you will need to file in multiple pieces of information to register your customers : a name, select the country your customer is coming from, and finally add in their phone number and/or their email address. _(**phone number is prefered** has you are assured your customers will recieve the link and it does not end up in their spam folder)_

3. Remember to have them click the "**Consumer consent to Smiler's privacy statement**"  
​
4. Once you’ve filled everything in you can click “**Submit and complete**” and your photoshoot is saved.
